Your Data, Your Control

Orin is designed to give you control over the information associated with your account. You can delete conversations, remove saved memories, disconnect Google services, or request deletion of your account and associated personal information.

1. Delete Conversations

You can delete individual conversations from the Orin interface. When a conversation is deleted, the conversation and its associated messages are removed from Orin's active database.

2. Delete Saved Memories

Orin only saves information as persistent memory when you explicitly ask Orin to remember it.

Saved memories can be removed through the memory controls provided by Orin.

3. Disconnect Google Services

You can revoke Orin's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account security settings.

Revoking access prevents Orin from accessing the Google services for which authorization has been withdrawn.

You may also disconnect your Google account through available controls within Orin.

4. Gmail and Google Calendar Data

Orin retrieves Gmail and Google Calendar information when it is needed to perform a task that you request.

Gmail messages and Google Calendar information are not intentionally stored as permanent Orin memory.

Information you explicitly ask Orin to remember is handled separately as saved memory and can be deleted using the available memory controls.

5. Request Account and Data Deletion

If you want to delete your Orin account and request deletion of associated personal information, contact Orin Support.

When submitting a deletion request, please use the email address associated with your Orin account so that we can identify the relevant account and process the request.

6. What Happens After Deletion

Information deleted through Orin's available controls is removed from the applicable active systems, subject to technical limitations, security requirements, backups, or legal obligations.

Some information may therefore remain temporarily in security or backup systems before being automatically overwritten or securely deleted.

7. Google Access Revocation

You can independently revoke Orin's access to your Google account through your Google Account settings at any time.

Revoking Google access does not necessarily delete your Orin account or previously stored Orin data. To request complete account and data deletion, contact Orin Support.
